SYDNEY, Feb 21 AAP - The big challenge in NSW lies in tackling the public sector, The

NSW Opposition Leader Barry O'Farrell is right to think voters have had it with spin,
broken promises and hyperbole. Mr O'Farrell and his team will be judged -- at least in
the short term -- on how quickly they ameliorate transport headaches and power costs,
